Toolmakers
Since Alpha specializes in high precision, a large percentage of our work-force are motivated, self-sustaining toolmakers (Lead-Men in the shop) with the ability to utilize any piece of equipment in the shop.

Machinists
Each Toolmaker has a small staff of machinists to help him/her accomplish the task at hand. Alpha is fortunate enough to have a team that is capable of handling many difficult and different requests successfully.
